The proposed approach, based on three interlinking phases, will simultaneously impact training of pre-service teachers, professional development for faculty, and restructuring of the teacher preparation program across all content areas. Phase 1 challenges existing paradigms, Phase 2 develops and implements new technologically-based instructional models, and Phase 3 transforms teacher preparation by infusing technology and supporting it with strong faculty development.
